Our final day in Sicily was spent among the Aegadian Islands of Favignana, where I had an unfortunate encounter with a scooter, and Levanzo, whose sunny shores were almost warm enough for swimming. Our Sicilian adventure was capped off by a grand feast at Marsala, where the vino and squid ink flowed.
